Our team at The Orthodontist appreciate the growing concerns you may have regarding the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

If you are concerned whether your dental needs and care will be looked after during this period, please be assured we are still open and ready to look after you.

The health and safety of our patients and staff are of utmost concern to us. We are taking steps to ensure our clinic remains as safe as possible to give you the confidence that you can continue coming in to receive treatment and advice as necessary.

Our staff are well trained in medical grade infection control procedures and will continue to uphold our high clinical and infection control standards.

During these times of high risks, we have put in place further measures to minimise the risk and spread to our patients and staff.

Here at The Orthodontist, we are well stocked with masks and gloves despite

global shortages. We will continue to ensure the safety of and protect all dentists, staff and patients. All surfaces within the practice including reception and waiting areas will be disinfected regularly. We have also removed all magazines, toys and water dispensers from the waiting room as precautionary measures. Hand sanitisers and handwashing areas will be made available for all our patients to use during their visit.

If you have a fever, respiratory symptoms and have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or had contact with a person with COVID-19 while infectious, please contact the practice at 02 4323 2828 or 02 9413 1948 BEFORE coming in for your appointment.

If you are unsure whether or not you will need to reschedule your next dental visit, please call us on 02 4323 2828 or 02 9413 1948 to discuss.

These measures are in place to protect our patients, staff and community that come into contact with the practice so that we can ensure that we can continue to provide ongoing dental services to you and your family.
